Where We Ship

Tocrystal offers shipping to USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hongkong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, UAE and Vietnam.

Tocrystal will bear the customs duty in USA, UK, Europe and Singapore. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed in other countries.
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Processing

We process orders during our normal business hours.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Tocrystal strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances like Covid-19 can create some delays. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Tocrystal has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website.
Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
We do not charge any additional fees for handling, or packaging. The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

Please note that Tocrystal is not responsible for any delays caused during the customs clearance process. Customs inspections, duties, taxes, or other requirements imposed by the destination country may cause additional time and charges for delivery. Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their country’s customs regulations to avoid any unforeseen complications.

Damaged Orders

If a damaged product is received, the customer/receiver needs to contact us within 2 days of receiving the order with suitable proof to request a refund. The refund will be made in accordance with Tocrystal’s refund policy.
